Fulltime Retail shop assistant

We are looking for a Full time shop assistant based at our busy mobile phone store in Fforestfach Swansea.

£18K to £22k per annum

Salary paid with weekly bonus and incentives.

Ideally the candidate would have current or past experience in the mobile phone industry, or at a minimum previous retail sales experience with face to face customer service is required.

Great career prospects for the right candidate with potential to rise to assistant manager or shop manager.

You must have a grasp of the latest tech and trends in the mobile phone & gaming industry and be familiar with all popular social media apps.

You will be face to face with customers on a daily basis and you must be outgoing and friendly & able to offer first class customer service, you must also have a polite & confident phone manner.

You will be expected to perform a wide variety of duties which will include

• Troubleshooting Phone faults
• Offer first class customer service face to face
• Answering phone calls in a confident manner
• Display demo and sell phones & accessories over the counter

• Updating stock to our website
• Posting daily on social media
• Ordering and maintain stock levels

You need to be motivated and a fast a fast learner, eager to learn new skills and demonstrate an ability to work on their own initiative.
