Our Terms & ConditionsThe following are our Terms & Conditions of sale. Upon placing an order with us, you confirm your agreement to these. If you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or by calling us on Local Rate 0845 458 2222 between 09:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday or between 09:30 and 12:30 on Saturday.
All products on the site include a minimum of 12 months warranty. Mobile phones may include a longer warranty depending on the make of handset. Please note that unless otherwise indicated, mobile phone warranties will be provided directly by the manufacturer and their authorised service centres. Should you incur any issues with any purchases please contact us at customerservices@time2talk.co.uk or call us on 0845 458 2222 and our Customer Services Team will help resolve any issues.

We are so confident of our offers that we even offer a 7 Day peace of mind guarantee where if you are unhappy with your contract phone for any reason you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving it. Methods of PaymentWe are pleased to accept the following:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express or Maestro (International) cards. When you pay for your order by credit or debit card we carry out checks or "authorisations" with the card issuer for security reasons. Should any problems occur with the authorisation of your card we will contact you with further details. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days of us contacting for further information and no attempt has been made by the customer to resolve a payment problem, we reserve the right to cancel the order after 7 days. We take security issues very seriously (please see our section on Security) and ensure your details remain protected at all times. DeliveryAll of our products include VAT and free delivery and delivery can only be made to mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. If a product is not in stock, we will contact you by telephone or email. Items are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. We regret that we are unable to fulfill international orders. PricingAll of our prices include VAT, FREE delivery and all other charges unless specifically stated. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout - no extras added on ! All offers are subject to alteration without notice and are subject to availability. Your order will be dispatched with a complete VAT invoice. StockAll items offered on our website are subject to availability. However in certain circumstances this information may not be up to date. If you do order an item and it is out of stock or discontinued we will notify you as soon as possible of your order being placed. If discontinued we would have to cancel the order, or if out of stock we would advise you of the likely time scale of any delay, you can then decide to either wait for the item to come in to stock, or cancel your order. We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by any customers on the online store. Returning Goods / Cancellation - 14 Day Money Back GuaranteeAt Time2Talk.co.uk we aim to offer the best quality products and if for whatever reason once you receive your order you are not 100% completely satisfied within 14 days of receipt we will be more then happy to take it back for a refund or replace it with an alternative product. Simply email us the order details to returns@time2talk.co.uk and we will issue with a Returns Code and all you need to do is return the goods back to us unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a full refund, excluding the postage and packaging for which we would need you to send by Recorded Delivery to ensure the item reaches us safely. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. We endeavour to process all refunds within 14 days of return.SIM cards and software packages are excluded from the 14 day money back guarantee. Damaged or Faulty on ArrivalIf your delivery appears to be damaged on arrival, please sign for it as "unchecked". Then email us on issues@time2talk.co.uk so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your product is dead on arrival or a fault develops within the first 14 days, we will of course cover the cost of the return postage. Since we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, collection from the customer is not possible, however you can send the item
back to us by visiting your local post office. Simply enclose the postage receipt and we will provide you with a refund, in addition to replacing or providing a full refund on the item(s) returned. ComplaintsIf you have a complaint regarding any aspect of our products or service, you may contact us on 0845 458 2222 during working hours, or alternatively by email at services@time2talk.co.uk . We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 48 hours, and to provide an efficient and fair resolution. When an issue cannot be resolved immediately, we aim to keep you informed throughout the process. Accuracy of InformationIt is our intention to provide you with comprehensive information on all products offered for sale on Time2talk.co.uk , however we cannot be held responsible for any publishing errors. In the rare instance of a pricing error, or a problem with our online e-commerce system, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you notice any errors or require any clarification, please do not hesitate to email us. Protecting Your InformationInformation that you provide to us is used solely by us to process your order. FraudWe will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities and we have a policy to prosecute all offenders. We log the IP address when an order is placed via this website. SecurityWe take security issues very seriously, and as a result have invested in a secure e-commerce server based on Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which utilises 128-bit encryption of data for maximum safety.
