T-Mobile Pay Monthly Tariffs

Customers connecting to T-Mobile have a choice of three types of tariffs:

Free Time - free minutes included to landlines and other T-Mobile phones
Everyone and Relax - inclusive minutes to call any UK network!
U-Fix - a great new way to combine the benefits of contract with Pay As You Go!

With T-Mobile, voicemail retrieval is FREE of charge at all times on all tariffs! There is a surcharge of £3 per month on all tariffs if you do not pay by direct debit.

Free Time

With Free Time 750, you can enjoy longer off-peak hours. Off-peak is 6pm-7am weekdays and all weekend! Minutes do not roll over to the following month.

Everyone and Relax

Everyone and Relax tariffs include minutes that you can use to call any landline or mobile! Note that minutes do not roll over to the following month.

U-Fix

U-Fix provides the advantages of inclusive minutes and low call charges like a Pay Monthly contract, but with the control of Pay As You Go! Simply choose a bundle of minutes and texts for a fixed monthly fee! If you want to make additional calls or send texts outside of your bundle, simply Pay As You Go by topping up your phone with vouchers or your top-up card.

WAP calls to T-Mobile's portal are always 10p/min. Peak times are from 07:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, except where specifically indicated. Off-peak is all other times, including bank holidays.

Calls to freephone services (e.g. 0800, 0808) are not free, and are charged at standard landline rates.

Itemised billing is free of charge if viewed online and £1 per month if you would like a paper copy to be posted to you.

On tariffs that include unlimited free calls, a fair use policy applies. Continuous heavy usage may result in a forced tariff change at T-Mobile's discretion.

All prices include VAT.
