Transfer your mobile number to another network!Whether you have a monthly contract or a Pay As You Go phone, you can take your number with you when you join another network. We've put together a list of frequently asked questions and their answers - if you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we would be delighted to help. How much does it cost?We make no charge for arranging the transfer of your number! How long does a number transfer take?Number transfers generally take 7 days to complete, during which time you will still be able to use your current phone. If you join Orange or T-Mobile, your new handset will be issued straight away and will have a temporary number until the day of your number transfer. With Vodafone and O2 connections, you will receive your phone the day before your number is due to transfer. Can I transfer my number to a new phone on the same network? If you wish to upgrade your phone whilst staying on the same network, then you should not request a mobile number transfer. To find out more about upgrading your handset, click here. The exception to this is customers who wish to move from Orange JustTalk Pay As You Go to a contract handset - if this applies to you, please see the next section. How can I take my Orange JustTalk number onto a monthly contract? Please place your order via our website and you will be asked for the second digit of your account PIN and the second character of your account password. You do not need to request a PAC code. Note that the 14 day return policy does not apply to handsets where the number has been transferred from JustTalk. I would like to transfer my number to a different network... how do I proceed? Please contact your current service provider and obtain a PAC code from them. Once you have received this, please place your order via this website, and our system will ask you for the PAC code so that we can arrange for your number to be transferred. Alternatively you can call us on 0845 458 2222 during working hours. Can I provide my PAC code later? No, it is important that you provide us with the PAC code when placing your order, if you wish to transfer your number from another network.. I have a PAC code. How long is it valid for?PAC codes are generally valid for 30 days. If your PAC code has expired, please call your service provider to obtain a new one. |
